# Good2Go Contractors: trading conditions

## Summary
- Prices are in US dollars and valid for the days stated on the quote, or until the carrier rate behind them expires if that is sooner.
- The price is based on the size and weight you tell us. If the cargo measures more than 10% bigger or smaller, we re-price it at the same rates and tell you before it ships.
- Cargo is released at destination once it is paid in full, unless you have agreed credit terms with us.
- Insurance is not included unless you ask for it (reply INSURE). Without it, our liability is limited as set out in section 6.
- Report damage or loss within 7 days of delivery (reply CLAIM). Note any visible damage on the delivery note when you collect.
- You are responsible for describing the goods truthfully and for having the licences and permits your goods need.

## 1. Who we are
Good2Go Contractors [legal entity name, free zone and licence number to be completed] arranges the carriage of goods as a freight forwarder. We contract with carriers, co-loaders, customs agents and other providers on your behalf.

## 2. Quotes and prices
2.1 Quotes are in USD and valid for the period stated on them.
2.2 Quotes are based on the description, size and weight you give. If the cargo measured at our warehouse is more than 10% larger or smaller in weight or volume, we re-price it at the rates used for your quote and confirm the new price with you before it ships.
2.3 Duties, taxes and charges imposed by authorities are payable by you unless the quote includes them.

## 3. Booking and acceptance
Replying BOOK to a quote, or otherwise instructing us to proceed, means you accept these conditions in the version stated in our confirmation.

## 4. Payment
4.1 Payment is due as stated on our invoice. Cargo is released at destination only once it is paid in full, unless we have agreed credit terms with you in writing.

## 5. Your obligations
5.1 You must describe the goods accurately, including their value, and declare any dangerous, restricted or prohibited goods.
5.2 You must provide the commercial invoice, packing list and any permits or certificates the destination country requires.
5.3 You are responsible for losses caused by an inaccurate description or missing documents.

## 6. Liability

6.2 We are not liable for delay unless we have agreed a delivery date in writing.
6.3 Cargo insurance is arranged only if you ask for it and pay the premium.

## 7. Claims
7.1 Note any visible loss or damage on the delivery note when you collect the goods.
7.2 Report any other loss or damage to us in writing within 7 days of delivery, with photos and supporting documents.
